Proceedings
Prospective authors are encouraged to submit full papers describing original, previously unpublished, complete research, not currently under review by another conference or journal, addressing state-of-the-art research and development in all areas of computer networking and data communications. All papers will be reviewed by experts in the field and accepted papers will be presented in oral sessions and published in the conference proceedings, included in IEEE Xplore (approved). The submission process is carried through the EDAS conference management system (http://edas.info/). The manuscripts must follow the IEEE two-column format with single-spaced, 10-point font in the text. The maximum paper length is of eight (8) pages. Submission of a regular paper implies that at least one of the authors will have a full registration to the Conference and present the paper upon the acceptance of the submission. Authors of selected outstanding papers will be invited to submit extended versions of their work for possible inclusion into a special journal issue.
